This is an awesome Robert Perry designed blue water cruiser rigged as a sloop or as a cutter and is rigged to be easily short handed or single handed. It is beautifully appointed with lots of hand carved teak and a teak and holley sole. The interior is really quite large due to a high overhead and the fact that the keel stepped mast does not come through any of the living area. There is stateroom forward and a quarter berth aft as well as the ability to sleep folks in the main salon.

There is a large and functional galley featuring refrigerator, three burner stove and a double stainless sink. The head is nicely laid out with a full size shower and marble counter top. It features a Mercedes diesel engine and carries 65 gallons of diesel as well as 150 gallons of fresh water. Great selection of sails includes a spinnaker, several jibs and a fairly new mainsail. Canvas was recently replaced and in very good condition.
